Following a successful global tour, Abhishek Banerjee's captivating film "Stolen" is set to premiere at the prestigious 28th International Film Festival of Kerala (IFFK). The film will be screened on December 9th, 11th, and 13th, offering audiences in "God's own country" a chance to experience this powerful story.

"Stolen" tells the gripping tale of a five-month-old baby's abduction and the subsequent turmoil it unleashes. Witnessing the incident are two estranged brothers whose relationship becomes further strained as they delve into the investigation, driven by their sense of responsibility towards the grieving mother.

Directed by Karan Tejpal and produced by Gaurav Dhingra (Jungle Book Studio), the film boasts a talented cast including Shubham and Mia Maelzer alongside Banerjee. Since its debut at the Venice Film Festival 2023, "Stolen" has garnered critical acclaim and fervent audience reception at various international festivals, including BFI London, Zurich, SXSW Sydney, and Stockholm.

Producer Gaurav Dhingra expressed his excitement for the film's Kerala premiere: "After the overwhelming response globally and in Mumbai, we're eager to present 'Stolen' to the audience in Kerala. Their feedback will be invaluable in gauging the film's reach and impact across India."
